G-Unit Books?

The G-Unit soldiers weren't lying when they bragged back in 2003 on their mixtapes about branching out onto other music non-related endeavors; "G-Unit sneakers! G-Unit books! G-Unit schools!"

They're sticking to their word by launching G-Unit books. Meta Smith, author of the blockbuster novels and "Queen of Miami" has officially been drafted by g-unit to pen the G-Unit books.
Smith was selected to write for G-Unit for her refined voice and visual images of life in the 'hood. The author has written a riveting street novel, a gripping psychological thriller, and a steamy erotica novella in the span of her short year on the literary scene.

The novel is described as "a neo-noir tale of betrayal and deception" which follows the life a good girl turned bad when she is caught in the middle of a bloody drug war.

Smith's title "Heaven's Fury" will be released in November 2007. Filled with intrigue, suspense and lots of drama, "Heaven's Fury" is bound to be another best-seller for G-Unit.
Smith joins street lit superstars Nikki Turner, Noire, K. Elliot, K'Wan, Mark Anthony and Relentless Aaron on the G-Unit Books roster.
