Jay-Z has the streets buzzing with a new track, "Blue Magic" infused with a classic 80's flow and the teachings of Reaganomics. Is there a Reasonable Doubt part 2 coming soon? We don't know. We'll find out November 6 th when Boss Hova drops his 10th album.

These hyped-up tracks do nothing to "bring New York" back. All three artists have nothing new to say. Although, I like how Hov mentions several issues in lightning speed. Jay be nimble!
